LIFE TRANSITIONS
Major life transitions often bring unexpected emotional challenges. Whether you’re getting married, ending a relationship, becoming a parent, changing careers, relocating, or navigating another significant life change, these experiences can stir up anxiety, uncertainty, grief, and questions about identity.
While transitions can be exciting and meaningful, they also have a way of exposing parts of ourselves we thought we had already figured out. Old patterns, fears, and relationship dynamics may suddenly feel more present than ever.
I help clients make sense of these experiences by exploring not only what is happening in the present, but also how past experiences and attachment patterns may be shaping their response. Through greater understanding, we can create space for new choices, increased self-compassion, and lasting change.
